Excellent drop-off service, have always been pleased with the condition of the clothes, pickup timing is usually less than a 24-hr turnaround time, the day/time of drop-off understandably has an impact. They are continuously upgrading tools and improving best practices; they also actively seek out feedback to improve services and user-experience. Love this place! Before the pandemic, I used to come here 1-2 times a week to do my own laundry. The laundromat is kid friendly and the owners are incredibly sweet. I am currently taking advantage of their delivery service due to a lack of time from helping my kids through remote learning. The service is quick and my laundry always comes back in perfect condition and neatly folded. I definitely recommend trying this place out if you haven’t already. You won’t be disappointed.
